ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Welcome to HostingDelivered. HostingDelivered provides free phpBB3 forum hosting to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without any prior notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at: http://www.hostingdelivered.com/register.hs DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE HostingDelivered provides users with free phpBB3 forum hosting now known or hereafter developed as the "Service". You understand and agree that the free phpBB3 hosting may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for HostingDelivered to provide the Service. You also agree not to display any advertisements on your behalf. You also understand and agree that the free phpBB3 hosting is provided "AS-IS". REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update the data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or HostingDelivered has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, HostingDelivered has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Your forum is also liable to be terminated without any notice if it is found to be inactive, wherein, inactive is defined as your forum not accruing any new posts for 60 days or you (the administrator) not logging into the forum for 60 days. You also understand and agree that at any time, the termination of your forum is at HostingDelivered's discretion. By using our Service, you agree that forum(s) registered by you do not contain any of the following, including but not limited to: -Adult / Obscene Content -Harassment -Illegal Drugs -Terrorism -Piracy, Hacking, Viruses -Racism/Hate/Derogatory/Slanderous -Promotion of or distribution of copyrighted materials -Malicious software You will be solely held responsible for upholding these rules on your forum(s).
